ISS appoints Antony Collett as Managing Director of Technical Services

The former Compass Group executive joins ISS UK & Ireland's senior leadership team as the facilities management company looks to strengthen its technical capabilities and operational performance.

ISS UK & Ireland has appointed Antony Collett as Managing Director of Technical Services, effective immediately, as the company moves to strengthen its engineering and technical service operations.

Collett joins the company's senior leadership team and will report directly to Graeme Cameron, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Performance.

The appointment follows a review of ISS's Technical Services division and its future ambitions, with Collett taking responsibility for developing the function's strategy, improving operational performance and strengthening customer relationships.

Extensive experience across facilities management

Collett brings considerable experience in managing technical services operations within large organisations.

His career includes senior positions at Integral, Wates, Mitie and, most recently, Compass Group, where he developed expertise in operational leadership, business transformation and managing complex service delivery.

At ISS, his responsibilities will include overseeing the continued development of the Technical Services division and ensuring its capabilities meet the changing requirements of customers.

He will work alongside the company's operational teams and key account network to improve service delivery and support its wider growth objectives.

Strengthening technical services

The appointment comes as ISS places greater emphasis on the role of engineering and technical expertise within its facilities management offering.

Graeme Cameron, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Performance at ISS UK & Ireland, said the continued development of the division was essential to the company's ambitions.
