REAL Naturally Fermented Sparkling Tea has announced the launch of Peony Blush, the new alcohol-free rosé for those blissful spring moments.

Launching on 27th April 2023, just in time for all of those spring Bank Holidays, Peony Blush is fermented at REAL’s new state-of-the-art sustainable Fermentery in Buckinghamshire. The REAL Fermentery is the first of its kind and leads the way in non-alcoholic fermentation.

Peony Blush is made from White Peony tea leaves, grown in the Fujian province in China. White Peony derives from Bai Mudan, a character in Chinese mythology that translates as White Peony. Defined by romance, femininity, and devotion, the goddess of Bai Mudan has helped define REAL’s exploration into the world of rosé.

Expertly sourced, hand-picked loose-leaf teas are naturally fermented for all the depth, flavour and complexity of a fine wine, even without the alcohol. REAL’s alcohol-free Peony Blush rosé, is the latest permanent addition to their catalogue of Sparkling Teas sitting alongside the renowned Royal Flush and Dry Dragon.
