Champagne Lanson Mother’s Day Gourmet Meal Box

This Mother’s Day, Champagne Lanson have teamed up with the Postbox Bakery to create an exquisite limited-edition Gourmet Meal Box for the whole family to enjoy.

The 3 course cook-at-home experience begins with a delicious starter of Wye Valley asparagus with truffle dressing. This is followed with a succulent shoulder of Herdwick lamb that has been slow cooked for 12hrs and served with Koffman's roast potatoes, wild Garlic puree, baby heirloom carrots and glazed roscoff onions. To finish, an Apple Tarte Tatin with créme fraíche - absolutely stunning paired with the included bottle of Lanson Le Rosé.
