In celebration of Veganuary, the much-loved contemporary Indian restaurant Trishna will be showcasing a limited edition five course vegan menu. Located in the heart of Marylebone Village, Trishna offers a contemporary taste of Indian coastal cuisine now complete with a fully vegan menu for those that are looking to partake in Veganuary or simply looking to explore Indian vegan cuisine. Customers can choose to pair their five-course menu with the restaurant’s extensive wine list, each selected to pair with the diverse range of flavours found in the food.
Their limited edition five-course menu has been designed to excite food lovers and showcase the joys of vegan Indian cuisine. The Taste of Trishna Vegan Menu includes a variety of dishes such as their Aloo Chaat made from ratte potatoes, masala chickpeas and sev, Tandoori Broccoli made from cardamon, almond, gajar murabba with coconut & chilli chutney and Coconut & Corn Tikki made with sweetcorn, curry leaves, mint & mango murabba and baby corn bajji. The main dishes include a choice between a Bhagare Baigan made from aubergine, peanuts, sesame and coconut or Wild Mushroom Pilau both served with coastal bhindi, dal panchmel, bread basket and basmati rice before finishing with their show-stopping vegan dessert of Tandoori Pineapple & Coconut with a tender coconut & jaggery sorbet.
