Crafted with sushi rice lightly infused with turmeric for a beautiful golden hue, the Sushi Chick is decorated with delicate touches of carrot and nori to capture the playful spirit of Spring. But the real Easter surprise? Hidden inside is a delectable centre of premium Scottish salmon, making this a must-try seasonal treat.
Guests can enjoy these stunning special dishes at inamo restaurants in Covent Garden and Soho from 1st to 27th April. They are also available at inamo Sukoshi locations in Canary Wharf, Oxford Street, Wembley, and Vauxhall, from 4th to 27th April.
