Whether it's with friends, family or those work colleagues we are all missing so much why not keep it going during lockdown? You dont even have to include them if you don't want to... you can enjoy them all on your own. What ever you decide to do we've got 3 tasty cocktails that you can make at home! whether your drink in Gin or Rum we've got the thing just for you.
Spirit: Didsbury Gin Raspberry and Elderflower
60ml Didsbury Raspberry and Elderflower gin, 2.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3 teaspoons raspberry jam
Stir all ingredients in base of shaker to dissolve jam. Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberry.
Spirit : ARLU Blood Orange Rum
50ml rum, 40ml ginger beer, 20ml cranberry juice, 15ml lime juice, 10g ginger, 5ml honey, Prosecco - to top up, grated nutmeg for garnish
Grate fresh ginger, muddle with lime juice and honey in a shaker. Shake with rum, cranberry juice and ginger beer. Strain into coupe or flute and top up with prosecco. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy
Product to use: Didsbury Original Gin
1 or 2 measures gin, 150ml cranberry juice, 10ml lemon juice, fresh cranberries, mint leaves
Fill tumbler glass with ice cubes and add the gin and lemon juice. Top with the cranberry juice and stir. Adjust to taste. Garnish with cranberries and mint leaves
