Velvet Taco launches first UK restaurant in London’s Broadgate Circle

Adding just about any flavour you can imagine into a taco, the classic US menu will be crossing the pond with some classic British flavours

Brits will be able to get their hands on their first Velvet Taco in the UK this November

Cult US Taco restaurant, Velvet Taco, is kicking off its global expansion in the capital this November, in the heart of London’s Broadgate Circle.

Known for its variety of global flavours, Velvet Taco’s fan favourites include the Spicy Tikka Chicken - crisp tenders, house-made spicy tikka sauce, buttered coriander basmati rice, raita crema and thai basil and Fish ‘n Chips - beer battered cod, curry aioli, french fries, malt vinegar and napa slaw.

These big, bold flavours all come from a 100% scratch kitchen - where everything down to the sauces are made in house, guaranteeing the ultimate Taco eating experience.

That scratch kitchen also inspired Velvet Taco’s epic weekly menu refreshes; WTF (Weekly Taco Features), making the menu even more delicious. Every week chefs invent amazing new recipes, giving Taco fans the chance to try new flavours inspired by cultures from around the world.

These new Tacos will roll out every week, 52 weeks of the year, with flavours like Chicken Fried Oyster, Paneer Hash, BBQ Ranch Pork and Mango Kerki-Churri. New WTFs will be announced on social media each week, so fans better keep their eyes peeled.

The brand new location will also feature a full-fledged bar where guests can enjoy Velvet Taco’s Boozy Libations - with its menu featuring weekly mainstays such as its signature Kick Ass Margarita , making this the perfect spot for after work drinks, dinner dates and midweek bites alike.
